1、Replacement of oil

For the first time, change the oil for the first time after the first month or after 20 hours of use, and then change it every six months or after 300 hours of use.

2、Air filter maintenance

Clean the filter element with a solution that is not easy to burn or has a high ignition point, and dry it thoroughly; then immerse the filter element in clean oil and squeeze out the excess oil, and then reinstall it.

3、Spark Plug Maintenance

Visually inspect the spark plugs for visible wear or rupture of the insulating ring with gaps, if there is a problem, new spark plugs need to be replaced. Measure the spark plug gap with a plug gauge, the gap is: 0.70-0.80 mm. If it does not comply with the electrodes need to be adjusted to correct the gap and the carbon will be removed cleanly.

4、Storage

If the gasoline engine water pump is not used for a long time, the last use of the shutdown, the first carburetor oil inlet valve off, so that the gasoline engine water pump automatically shut off (if not in use for a long time, there is gasoline in the carburetor will damage the carburetor). Clean the impeller chamber by pouring water from the inlet pipe until the sediment is removed. Finally, drain the remaining fuel from the tank into a special container for proper storage.
